About Me
Azari Ford is a dancer and creator based out of Phillipsburg, New Jersey. Currently, she is receiving her Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Dance with a minor in business at the University of the Arts (21’). During her time at UArts, she has received the Trustees Award of Excellence in the Arts and the Dean’s Scholarship. Since 2018, Azari has performed in sports entertainment as an NFL Cheerleader for the Philadelphia Eagles Cheer Team. Performing, modeling, networking and receiving opportunities to dance backup with artists such as Queen and Adam Lambert, along with New Kids on the block. Azari is featured as Ms. November in the Philadelphia Eagles Cheer Team 2019 calendar. Azari is also a teacher for 5678 Dance Studio’s competition team in New Jersey. She aims to choreograph and teach young children and teens, helping progress their own language of dance. Motivating and pushing them to figure out who they are as a dancer. In the near future Azari aspires to sign with a commercial dance agency after college, eventually opening up her own studio. Sharing her passion of dance with others and expressing her views of dance being a language not just movement. When Azari is not dancing you can find her customizing clothes and shoes for her up and coming business Azari collection.
